I was under the impression that the purpose of a box squat was to break the eccentric/concentric chain and to do this properly you are meant to sit back fully and pause noticeably on the box. Have i picked this up wrong?
Hi, just been watching your video and wanted to post a comment about the 150kg squat by Tommy Bell. We feel your feet needed to be wider and you may want to get more weight towards your heels rather than towards the balls of your feet?
