Thats a good tip to use boneless chicken breasts cubed up ... when my family makes chicken and rice, its usually with whole chicken legs, rice, tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cumin, salt and pepper. Sometimes the chicken bones get in the way though.

I'm curious, what do you have to drink with it?

Yeah, I definitely made it a mess, but it tasted good. Next time I make a cooking vid I'll be more precise, using actual measurements, and less time for rice, for instance(so it doesn't turn into a mess)
