This is a "drum cover" of Inslowmotion's song, Better Part of Me.

As some of you propably already know, the band I play in is called Inslowmotion. We recently finished recording our self-titled debut full length album, which will be released early next year. The Hybrid Series will contain 5 of our songs, so you guys can hear what we sound like, also so you can hear what type of drum parts I write myself :) The 5 songs that will be uploading will be three english songs, and two Afrikaans songs.

Concerning the drum parts.. this is a pretty slow song at first, very basic stuff, lots of cool ghost notes. After the first chorus (when everything drops) it gets pretty cool with a nice little snare build-up and a viciously fun fill just before it kicks into the next gear :) Pretty basic song, LOTS of fun to play.

As I always say, these video's are to be viewed as live performances, NOT studio recordings. I don't hold back, I don't underplay.. this was fun and I totally went out to enjoy it :) Critique in terms of originally written performances is always difficult, since it is so very very subjective; that said, I will LOVE to hear what you guys think of our material, please rate the video and leave comments, it'll be MUCH appreciated.
