stances are usually universal in all systems. Horse stance isn't northern or southern, so this one probably isn't either.

Awesome! can you post more praying mantis techniques I would go to a dojo, but i don't think there is one that teaches mantis style in cleveland. by the way is this southern or northern praying mantis?
