Pistol squats, also know as single leg squats are one of the most challenging quad dominate lower body strength training drills.

However, most people either do not quite have the strength yet to perform these or struggle with the technique.

Using resistance bands as an assisted training tool to learn and get stronger with them is a great starting point and allows you to gain the same benefits.
