I know my form isn't great, so please use Scott's videos for form, not this one!

  • You should incorpoarate humor in all of your routines. Makes execising fun

  • never heard them called peekaboos but something i do is raise them higher almost above your head but not so youre resting. then immediately down to 35s, 25s, and then take a 10 plate and raise right above your head and lower slightly behind your head about 25 times. All one after another.
