  • the sound on this is better, but you MUST watch the version from the Rock and Roll Circus (6.15mins). It's brilliant

  • Totally agree, thats why I bought the album

  • Thanks for posting the entire album. I hate people who just post like 2 songs.

  • Makes Creedence Clearwater Revival sound like imitative white boys. lol

  • Easily one to the best Blues songs I've ever heard. Great layers, sound and timing with each instruments notes distinctly heard, yet creating a great harmony. The harmonica gives me chills, and his singing voice and intonations are killer!

  • @dmholmes1 I think the b------s have taken it down! It was here with a time of 6.51, but now it seems to have gone. You may have to get the DVD of Rock and Roll Circus. Mostly a lot Jagger pouting and preening, but Taj's Leaving Trunk is superb. He is the epitome of raw sexy swagger, terrific singing and harp. Jesse Ed Davis on guitar - a bit spaced out, and not well mixed, but great riff and scratchy solo. Drum & bass are great too. Worth the price alone, but also great Lennon blues.

  • @panthercap do you have a link for that version for YOutube Panthercap??

  • this is what the Blues is all about!

  • @themanitasdeplomo Good on you dude. Gave me a perfect excuse to watch it again. I love Taj's groin-grinding swagger and the totally spaced-out look on Jessie Ed Davis' face. "Come on there, Mr Davis!"

  • @panthercap Nothing beats the Rock 'n Roll Circus, it's a life changing experience! More people of my age should watch it.

  • Pure human emotion on the front porch. No pretensions here.

  • Great number!!....get down an' groove, love that harp ;<))

  • Great guitar work by Jesse Ed and Ry Cooder
