(jposeph cont.) they right for slavery in the southern states had been battled over for decades. so before you rattle off you mouth and prove you own ignorance you may wish to check you facts maybe even read a history book. preferably one based on facts as opposed to conspiracy theory. A piece of advice keep your soup cooler in the closed position in the future.

Joseph you are mittigated three star idiot, who hasn't got the brains to poor piss out of a boot with illustrated directions. I know the union captain personally and he is very intelligent. It would also appear that you have been reading some revisionist history. you may want toread something about the issue of slavery being the reason. Southerners will say that it was over states rights however the main right that they wanted to keep was slavery.

The South had the right to abolish the existing government should it become unfair or unjust. Well they were to peaceful and civilized to do that. They saw the Northern states didnt really have a problem with the Federal government so the South said hey go ahead keep it. However we are going to set up a government that cares more about us and our wellbeing not just our money. Which the overtaxation was designed to capture more of.

So the South was intitled to think the extreme overtaxation on them was bad but they couldnt do anything about it really? What a moron that Union guy is. Like the Confederate said its fact 95% to 97% of all Southern troops never owned slaves they were to poor. The war was over Northern aggression both militarily and politicaly agaisnt the Southern people. Not to mention the greed and corruption in the Federal government between Northern Captains of industry and Northern politicians. End of story
