its because different countries have different things. i went on a trip to the bahamas this year and they still had toonami (yes the same exact commercials and shows from like 5 years ago.) i think other countries broadcasting are just showed differently

@STHbiggestfan Yup. There are also some countries that still have the CN City era going on. Some are just slower at airing than others.
