Sadly....its not just Erdington that has degenerated but society itself.....
Erdington was a nice place and still has many fine old churches and buildings.

Erdington is complete shit hole, i lived round the corner for 15 years.
its full of druggies, pissheads and is just dirty.

I live on south rd.
But i didn't go out on that day, it was the weekend or holidays dunno, but i remember it was pretty bad but i didnt realise it was that deep.

I lived in South Rd until i was 5 y old.
Hard to believe that 50 years later, some things never change...

Years and years ago-decades even I got my brand new coat ruined by black oily and icy water whilst walking underneath this bridge when a car sprayed me as it went through. Things haven't changed. It's a low point and the drains can't handle lots of water.
