Dude, go back to school. The hydrofoil was invented over a hundred years ago by Alexander Graham Bell...... when he was bored from inventing your telephone.
Laird put it on a surfboard & took it to the big waves. But guys have been playin with these for years on & behind boats of all kinds. Use the web & look it up. There are millions of pics & videos of them.
