  • @PrivateResort Congrats! Sounds like you're very much into the physical side of life : ) I'll admit I only do these once in a blue moon now, but that's a lot to do with the fact that I've hardly had an injury or niggle for three years.

  • Great videos. My friend has chronic neck pain from whiplash, sure this will help & she can visit the clinic, so I'll send her this. What music is that? sounds like JB.

  • A better way (i have found) to stretch biceps brachii with just a slight modification; form your thumb and fingers into the shape of a C and place against the wall with the fingers above and thumb below. Try both to compare whats best for you!
