You are really a guru in yeast infection,Thanks for this wonderful info....
I have some tips on the symptoms. Symptoms of candidiasis may vary depending on the area affected. Infection of the vagina or vulva may cause severe itching, burning, soreness, irritation, and a whitish or whitish-gray cottage cheese-like discharge, often with a curd-like appearance.
Daltonisreal - Yeasts have thousands of different uses but nutritionally they are very good for you. Full of B vitamins.
Vinegar actually comes from vinaigre (Old French, about 1300) from vin "wine" + aigre "sour". It's not bad for you.
I have a theory though: the amount of time it takes for somebody to explain their stupid diet is inversely proportional to the amount of meat that they eat and directly proportional to how much of an idiot they are.
i do not eat yeast at all. on the food chain, yeast is concidered a fungi, and fungi draw energy away. it is a decomposer. but i still consume bread, just not yeast bread. you can make flatbreads, such as chapaties...an african flatbread consisting of flour, water, olive oil, maybe salt.
rice vinegar made in Chinese style is best. it can help digestion to very fit, also, we seldom eat any yeast at all, just rice and whole flour, with no yeast. So, do not have such problems. Best is eat less bread and sweet foods.
