By popular demand, I have uploaded Bradley Whitford's 2001 Emmy Awards Nomination and win for his role in The West Wing as Josh Lyman. He gave such a thoughtful and thankful speech.

"...my heart is full of you!" Wow! I got use that one when I get married!
Reading other comment posts here reminded me of something else about the episode "Noel". The subplot about the woman in the tour who saw the painting? That British actor is F***king HILARIOUS!
Has anybody noticed that the Supporting Actors on West Wing always won for the Christmas episodes? Richard won for In Excelsis Deo, Brad won for Noel, John won for Bartlet for America. If they ever wanted to secure a win for Rob Lowe, Dule Hill, or Josh Malina, they should have written a holiday episode around Sam, Charlie and Will!
By the way, you'll notice Brad pointing at John when he stands up and saying "You're Next!"
Def. the best acceptance speech ever. Whitford won the second season b/c he had the killer episode "Noel," as mentioned. All should see it, and then you'll realize why he won that year. Not only was the acting incredible, but the episode was electric, with Yo Yo Ma playing the cello at the end.... goosebumps just thinking about it.
And I agree, what he said about his wife makes me want to be that much in love. Simply beautiful!
Did he win for the episode called "Noel" where Josh was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Disorder? I was diagnosed with that myself, in March/2006, and "The West Wing" and Brad Whitford did an incredible job with the episode on raising awareness for a horrible disease that I thankfully have overcome and hopefully everyone else has as well. If he won for that episode, it was definitely well deserved.

- LOL!
I hear that all the time from other married people - or formerly married people.
