The Lakers need Lamar Odom. You can't subtract Lamar Odom and Trevor Ariza for Ron Artest. Lamar is the only big time free agent left. If they don't seal this deal then the chances of a Laker repeat will diminish significantly...

lamar is a big part of the playoffs every year for the lakers. other than kobe, he's the most consistant out of everyone else on the squad. and what do you mean ALL THAT MONEY?? he's asking for like 9-10 mil a year when scrubs luke and sasha are getting paid 6 mils. 9 mil is a BARGIN for what Lamar brings considering Bynum is getting like 13 mil, Gasol 17 mil and Kobe like 23 mil.

lol. Everyone is hating on that. I was -iffy about putting it in. It matched well, but it's Sasha :/. Maybe if he did something last season nobody would say anything...
