this patient is 10 years old, and a lower lip tie put too much tension on the gingiva, giving cause to potential future problems.
the lip tie was in an unusual eccentric position probably a minor genetic defect
a local anesthetic was given en with the laser the tension was removed and a laser bandage was lazed.
the procedure was quick and painless and prevents future problems.
