  • I find the foam roller absolutely kills me. This looks like it might hurt more ?

    I am in Australia ..... A demo stick would work well with me and i could promote it !!

  • @ThePhantomLash Hello, The foam roller kills you because you are probably putting your body weight on it. The Stick will definitely not hurt you more because you control 100% of the pressure. In fact, we recommend that you do not have to hurt your muscles in order to help them. Of course, there are times where you really want to get in there and dig away. The Stick is good for that too!
