The funniest thing here is the uploader's apparent inability to grasp the concept of time, and the idea that he will age, and invariably run into health problems as a result of it.

I don't see him actually make fun of or laugh at the medical condition here, he laughs when the guy says 'holy christmas' such an old phrase :) I think people are being a little hard here, it's just a reaction video and doesn't seem malicious. useless maybe but I've seen far worse things on youtube to hate than this.
