Here's an exciting, energetic, nutricious, eazy to moderate stylized cardiovascular video that is recommended for everybody. Anybody from all shapes and size, beginner or advanced aerobics student will find this exercise video beneficial each and everyday.

Here's who did what to make this production possible for you to exercise to:

I'm not being cocky, however I did perform these duties on this huge production. Starting with me:

Ronn Carter, co-director, producer, non-linear editor, graphic design, sound mixer, opening and closing titles, camera boom operator, camera boom designer, camera boom builder (I had to go there for laughs), titles and animations (motion), and all this before protools (pro tools).
