How well does this device move? Using a regular or wireless mouse is easy to move and has a fluidty on almost all surfaces...what about the MoGo?

You might want to call Dell and find out about the slot. I can't tell by looking at Dell's website...the pictures are too dark.

You do need a PCMCIA slot to charge the mouse. As for the lack of a scroll wheel, I have not found it an inconvenience...certainly it would be nice to have. I would imagine that in the next iteration, they will have one.
