Just for info: The pianist was awarded with the prestigeous Golden Diapason 2010 for CD recording of Janacek piano works, one of the best I ever heard. The cellist is a member of worldwide "Prazak string quartet" (searchable on Youtube as well).

I agree with the praise in the comment below. I'm writing an article on Schubert and this is the only decent version of the whole first movement I could find on youtube that didn't break it up into two sections!

I came to this full of negative expectations, not knowing (I'm ashamed to say) any of these names and thinking: 'Oh yes, another band of enthusiastic amateurs from mitteleuropa totally devoid of any awareness of period style). Though I wasn't optimistic after hearing the first few bars, within the second minute I was weeping buckets, the playing was so beautiful. The pianist is so brilliantly incisive, the cellist with a gorgeous, lyrical tone but none of that typically excessive vibrato...
