The video implies that two different customers have to have the same overall speed, when in reality no bandwidth priority means one consumer can't pay to get their breadsticks faster than their pizza (if breadsticks and pizza are two different types of data).
Sorry, but net neutrality doesn't prevent companies from charging more for higher speeds, nor does it prevent ISPs from providing free services or "breadsticks". Read up about it try again.
