Cross border trade fair

The 6th Middle East Trade and Industry Fair opened with a ceremony attended by Mehdi Eker, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in Diyarbakir.

155 companies are participating in the fair.

The chairmen of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the cities of Arbil and Dohuk in Northern Iraq as well as 200 Iraqi businessmen also participated in the trade show.

The agenda of the businessmen included Turkey's cross-border operation. The businessmen and executives of the firms defending that a cross-border operation won't do any good for the region and called for dialogue...

The Turkish businessmen had the same opinion as well.
