Actually soundasleep69 is right...the song was written by Sally Seltzman, an Australian who has albums under teh name 'New Buffalo'. Still a very cool rework and my kid loves it (probably because it familiar!).

It works for the kids and they probably love it, but lets face it, this one was for the parents and the producers of the show who really loved Feist. Aint nothin wrong with that. Fun for the whole family is a good thing.

This is beautiful modern day Sesame, same spirit 40 years later. They always make it work on that show and I think I'm in love with Feist now.
