i think that if the black coffee is cheaper than a latte, you can go back in and say "you got my order wrong." and they would say, "what did you order" then alex would be like a latte. and the dude might give it to him for free.i Think thats how it is. but i could be wrong very long story short, kind a like if a resturaunt screws up, theyll give you your meal for free.
