Great idea, but totally takes the spontaneity out of it. How about a hotel room and a fucking baseball bat? Hurling plates in a controlled environment is gay and extremely overpriced.

Hey that looks like fun and it's great that you posted this for us cuz I heard about Sarah's and wanted to see what it looked like . . . BUT . . . . Where's the SOUND! ? ! It would HAVE to be MUCH better with audio. You know scream of "Take THAT [fill in the blank]" and "Eat some PLATE there, [fill in the blank] you [SOB or other expletive of choice! Thanks a ton for posting. I'll have to trk out to the West Coast now to visit Sarah's!

No crash sounds because my sis' husband, who was doing all the video, was outside the room :) It's a pretty insulated room and the whole glass-shards-in-camera was not my idea of a good time :)
I highly recommend the West Coast in general - SOOOO many cool things besides Sarah's Smash Shack to see and do!!
