Okay so this is different as the sirens went off in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was also listening to the STORM CHASER Frequencies. Which is anyone is curious, here they are. For Tulsa.

Even though, someone siad that tulsa has all whelens, it sounds like there's also either a siratone 612 sounding, or an allertor or any of the P series.
