Hello and welcome :) This is Akira Dawn of Spirit Space...and this is the guided audio meditation for this Energy Night's focus - Sense of Self.

Now, if you're ready, take a deep breath, make yourself comfortable...and relax.

It is my intention to be of service to your greatest and highest good, and the greatest and highest good of everyone connected to you.

I request the presence of your higher self, and mine, as well all of our guides and guardians and any other beings of love and light who wish to be here for this special occasion. :)

And so...we begin...

The sense of self... pause now, take a deep breath. Take a moment to tune in to yourself. Begin with the body, your physical sense self, and take note. Take note of your breathing - nothing to change, nothing to do...just notice. ... ... And now, your skin... Feel whatever there is to feel. Your clothing. Where you press against wherever it is you're sitting.

Feel the weight of your body as you're held in the earth's gentle embrace. Heavy. Calm. Peaceful. All that is, is here, now, in this moment right here with you, AS you. Breathe it in, relish in how present you are as you take note of your shoulders and neck... and relaaax into this divine gift of life.

Deeper now...slowing down, we move inward. Become aware of your emotions. Again, nothing to change, nothing to do. Just listening, getting a sense... Breathe and feel.

And now become aware of your awareness. Listening to my voice, who's listening? Present and centered... aware. Feel that awareness. Listen to your Self.

Relaxed. Consider now, if I were to ask you to point to yourself...where would you point? Take a note of this...and allow yourself to settle in to wherever it is that you might image that you would have pointed to. Just focus there...breathe. Send your breath into that space, and allow your awareness to move there.

Begin to breathe with it, move with it. Notice it has a rhythm all its own... Yours. Your rhythm.

Feel into this. Allow yourself to settle into it, going even deeper into this sense of You. Breathe. Deeper and deeper...feel the You of You rise into the moment on the in-breath...and as you breathe out, feel that sense of yourself becoming less defined. More restful

Breathe in, long and slow, and note how the sense of you rises once again to meet your awareness... ... ... and out once more. Breath into that quiet void of space between spaces. You are always there to meet yourself. On every breath, you rise. And on the out breath, you rest.

Nothing to do, no need to change a thing. Just tuning in, listening, breathing. Experiencing.

Breathe. Feel. Know. Know what it is for you to know at this time. It's all perfect, all right there... Relax, and enjoy :)
