  • I completely agree with Melanie Swan regarding desensitization regarding CRPS. I have CRPS in both arms and have continuously after the first year and a half been determined to find ways to help desensitize myself to light touches. Finding techniques that work for you is key to helping reduce the pain response to touch or stimuli. I have significantly reduced sensitivity to most stimuli; however, I'm working through light touch challenges such as someone barely tapping to get one's attention.
