  • DEFINITELY in teaching. I've known ESL teachers in their late 60's teaching in hagwons, or after school academies. Good gigs really. A big problem with teaching "privates," is that it is illegal. you need to have an E-2 visa to teach in Korea, and to have one you need to be sponsored by your employer and your employer only. Having said that, I have known people in the past teaching privates that made bank.
