When your eyes feel tired, you can rub them gently in circular and anti-circular motion. This technique provides instant relief. This shiatsu pressure point actually corresponds to a point seimei which helps in reducing tension in eyes.

When your finger tip becomes numb, you can rub the hands against each other vigorously. This helps in pressing the pressure points which in turn will help in expanding the dilated veins and improves flow of blood in your finger tip. The following technique can also be used in winters. Rubbing the hands against each other stimulates the body and starts sending more blood towards hand and warms it up.

Holding the stomach with hands and pressing it gently helps in reducing stomach ache. Also aching muscle can be relieved immediately by grabbing the respective muscle and pressurizing it gently.

You can even use shiatsu rollers at home to relax your back muscles. Rolling the rollers on the stiff area helps in opening the blocked veins and arteries and give instant relief.
