President Obama Remarks On Fort Hood Massacre

President Obama comments on the tragic shooting at the Fort Hood Army base in Texas, in which twelve soldiers were killed and dozens were injured, calling it "a horrific outburst of violence." "It is horrifying that they should come under fire at an Army base on American soil," he says.

The comments were preceded by a "shout out" to a medal of honor winner.
