Needs and wants drive the world buddy

You've never been to Central Park. So many people need that ice cream cone!

But no bbq, no soccer in SheepMeadows, no ipods during races, no dogs while you run, no bikes on GreatLawn, no running counterclockwise around the res, no sunbathing naked, no noisy radio, no walking on grass during the winter, no walking on ice during the winter, no cars on wkends. That's what people on NYC need and they're paying park rangers to enforce. Get it?
