  • @ABE1993UK Hey trainings coming on mate, I stopped running for nearly 2 weeks because I picked up an injury after the half marathon but 'touch wood' I'm all good now so just slowly picking up on the running again. Yeh not long now a week n abit "nervous now". Glad you like them mate, like I said i'm here to help others as I never could find the answers, they have worked wonders for me and are a lightweight trainer. I have a new running app i've been using it's great, check out my blog mate

  • @iMediaUK21 Hi mate hows the training going? Not long for you now! I ended up getting the trainers you have, cant argue with that price. Fucking bargain! The improvement from what i was running in before is ten fold! Feels so much better so thanks for the advice mate :)

    Hope youre well.

    Andrew.

  • @iMediaUK21 Cheers man, just downloaded it (:

  • @yaletownshane Cheers Shane

  • Well done mate. Sounds like you're doing well and staying positive. Keep up the great work!!

  • @ABE1993UK Oh not good mate, I did the same thing, proper running shoes is the best thing you can invest in. I have a post on my blog with a picture of my running shoes, check it out. They are lightweight, fitted with gel to absorb shock and supports people that over pronate. I would suggest my trainers to anyone and would say they are some of the best on the market for a small price of £35 from sports direct. Let me know what you decide.
