it would be kind of nice if they just gave us more than a teaser, because i have been looking forward to the new halo coming out for the past year and i would like some sort of evidence that 343 won't slaughter what bungie started

@pwnagemcgee I think a part of Bungie wanted the Halo series to continue after them. You can tell by reading past weekly updates and the Legendary Ending of Halo 3. I am not saying it is automatically going to be amazing because it's Halo but I am excited to see what 343i will put on the table.

Maybe there aren't doing things like before because it's a different company. I think we'll all see what is coming up when it finally comes out.

IGN said there will be no beta for halo 4.... Sadly :(

There will NOT be a beta, 343 said it would slow down the process of making the game, so i don't want a beta.

People will disagree with me on this, but I want to be surprised when halo 4 comes out. I don't want any beta really.

Reasons I think there will be a beta:

-only two maps have been released

-anniversary is the odst game. It's almost the exact same thing. Odst was halo 3 with a new campaign and a new gametype (firefight). Anniversary is halo reach with a different campaign and new gametype (anniversary playlist)

So if there is a beta then it'll come out in august but I don't really know but we all will know in this years E3

@piepig128 no problem :) MAIDENrules100 is just mad because he can't even get 5% of his kills with a standard weapon. I'll bet 99.9% of his kills are power weapon, he just doesn't want anyone talking bad about him cause he knows he's bad. but just ignore him. his mommy took his teddy from him when he was a baby lol

guys the beta of halo 4 will be in halo 3 i have a 343 friend and he to me if you dont belive me go on bungie . net and type in this gamertag El Roboto and thats his GT or halo tracker and you unlock the last athachment of the grinadier helmet at mythic and he's a colonel grade 2

@piepig128 I agree with you, if you can't fight your opponent on a fair basis then you shouldn't play at all. if you need a power weapon to gain more than 50% of your kills, then you suck at the game. the only time i need a power weapon is when noobs gang up on me and i know i can't win with the standard starter weapon. other than that? a Wraith on Hemmorage (sp?) and that's it. it's CQC with me and starter weapons. if you spend your time looking for power weapons, you'll end up looking stupid
