In Sept. 2004, our son Eli was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer called Ewings Sarcoma. Surgery was followed by 6 weeks of radiation and 14 weeks of chemo. Eli had two years of clean scans before the cancer returned in July 2007. Another surgery and 14 more weeks of chemo has brought us to the end of treatment once again. We live in the hope that it will not return. In the meantime, we live each day!( May, 2011. Eli is currently fighting Ewing's for the fourth time.)
