How to bleach / whiten your teeth with baking soda

Hope you guys like this very quick tip video.
Again sorry for what i am wearing i am just really tired and having to get up at 6 in the morning isnt going to help... Weell anyways please try this out cause this is the best/ safest way to whiten your teeth and get ride of stains that are on your teeth and you can never get ride of.

How to whiten your teeth:
1) taking baking soda and put it in a small bowl, or cup
2) Wet your tooth brush
3) dip tooth brush into baking soda
4) brush teeth for 2 mins and begin with your regular brushing

**** MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ONLY DO THIS EVERY OTHER DAY AND NOT EVERYDAY. TWICE EVERY OTHER DAY WILL BE FINE. YOU WILL NOT SEE A DIFFERENCE UNTILL A WEEK HAS PASSED.****
