I'm only going to type this once. The reason to why this is frightful is not because SUDDENLY everyone who is minimally suspect is going to be detained. It is the fact that at a SINGLE person's whim our right's can be stripped away at an instant. Constitutional rights can much more EASILY be nullified. The CLEAR possibility to take away our rights as citizens and the abuse of power , if passed, can be abused at any given time without DUE PROCESS. THIS ALONE, is frightening

Though i doubt the "average" American Citizen would be considered a national threat or a terrorist the ambiguity and broad definition of what defines a terrorist is a cause for alarm.

We do have a system of checks and balances but power can easily be abused and the option to do so has just been bolstered by this bill.

This is some bullshit and even if you don't know about or care about what's going in our government you should know about this!!!
