And no, these are not beer bottles, they're Stewart's cream sodas.
You can play bottles, too. If your bottles are approx. 355 ml, then here is the amounts of water to put in to get the notes: (1 is for the first note of the scale, 2 is for the second, ect.)

Major :
1) 5/3 cups + 1 tbs (409 ml)
2) 1 1/6 cups (272 ml)
3) 5/6 cup (197 ml)
4) 7/9 cup (181 ml)
5) 5/9 cup (131 ml)
6) 4/9 cup (113 ml)

Minor:
1) 5/3 + 1 tbs (409 ml)
2) 1 1/6 cups (272 ml)
3) 1 cup (237 ml)
4) 7/9 cup (181 ml)
5) 5/9 cup (131 ml)
6) ½ cup (118 ml)

These measurements may not be exact, so remember: ADDING WATER makes the pitch go DOWN, and SUBTRACTING WATER makes the pitch go UP.
