Great help, thank you! Instead of using the fishing line and homemade hook method (@ 3:15-4:48), I opted to tie a small weight to the end of a thin piece of string. By sending it through the first hole, I managed to get it through the second hole, the one closer to the seat post, by lifting/maneuvering the frame and wiggling it through. From there, taping the cable housing to the string, and pulling it through the other hole is cake. Sending the cable through now is guided by the housing.
