Just my observations on nutrient dense, low calorie foods which are common in traditional societies but missing in our overweight fast food nation.

(don't worry I'll plan on doing a few "deeper" videos soon)

  • If you think insightful information is very boring, then you are literally just another brain dead Western culture teeny bopper...go watch a Hannah Montana movie for entertainment.

  • Just got your book, Loren (lorax2013). It was inexpensive, shipped really fast and arrived quickly in my P.O. box. A very concise and well written volume. Thanks very much for your lectures and writings. I have learned so much from you.

  • You are so sexy! I want to kiss those lips!

  • @juliachildsvoice I know this is an old post but I can't resist. Is there any evidence of these 'fear/death vibrations'? You're missing the big picture. All life on this planet consumes other life to survive. That's how it's been for four billion years since life started. The only thing that's passed on are the nutrients and vitamins present in the consumed life form to the host. The host lives it's life and dies passing it's own nutrients back into the biosphere. Everything is recycled.

  • Chia seed, Blueberries, Carrots, Brocholli.

  • This guy looks sickly.

  • @Sqagg It was a pdf study.

But my comment is 1 yr old ... now I don't have that handy.

A quick google search and that's what I found - I'm sure there is much more:

"Don't rush out and stock up on those white button mushrooms that dominate supermarket shelves; they aren't beneficial. In fact they contain three carcinogens, only two of which are broken down by cooking." Andrew Weil, MD

If you want more peer reviewed sources fast, contact David Wolfe, nutritionist look him up on youtube.

  • @RajaBegun

Which source did you get the cancer causing info of those mushrooms from?

  • Hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
