@skramnor Skram, thanks for the reply! OK, I listened again. This time, really appreciated the bass track, and noticed how you introduced the solo track BEFORE the isolating drum hit. Nice touch. Also, love the small break you threw into it as well.
Question; how tough was the vocal? I like your voice on this. Of course, you don't sound like RVZ, but you nailed the energy of the tune. Was it easy for you?

@penntocalli I never heard of that song. I just listened to some of it on YouTube. I don't think its my kinda song. I wouldn't mind doing Cinnamon Girl though! :)

Hey man fuckin awesome rockin! Question for you though, at 2:05 through 2:13 you had some MAD sustain, even for a Les Paul.... what's your secret? I have a LPC and I can't get nice sustain like that lol. Again, amazing job.

It's not just guitar sustain or any effect pedal. I simply manipulate and control the feedback from the amp. Each guitar resonates a bit different with various notes and in conjunction with the amp/settings you choose. When I find a note that seems to have controllable sustain, I stick with it in a solo. If I can't find a note that works, I simply play something else. This combination just happened to work out. Thanks again!
