The one handed reload technique is used in Japanese Acupuncture when performing local dispersion of an area. It is an extremely valuable skill that frees up the left hand for palpating ah shi points without losing the flow of the treatment. For a more in depth discussion explanation of the technique and it's clinical application visit http//:www.worldacupuncture.com
