u can go anytime to tibet.....unless i want to go back...i have seen ots of tibeans gone back....i am planing to go back soon.....u will get visa any time.....

I REALLY APPRECIATE FOR UR WORK . BUT I REQUEST U PLS PLS TRY TO SPEAK IN OUR TIBETAN LANGUAGE AND DONT RELY ON OTHER LANGUAGE. IF WE TIBETAN DONT SPEAK TIB THEN WHO ELSE WILL ????????????
