Music plays such an important role in Murakami's work. Often when he is describing a piece of music in his books I have an urge to hear the music as well as read along to the story. So... I've mixed together an excerpt of the audiobook with the piece of music described in the text. I've also mixed in a few sound effects for good measure. It gives the video/audio a 'radio drama' kind of feel.

Damn, that was hilarious. I almost felt claustrophobic. For a second I thought he would see some punks fighting near a pond . . . and oh, we all get the joke. lol
