The circulatory system is among the most vital components of overall health,it connects all of your blood vessels, nourishes the various parts of your body, and collects waste material for removal. Poor circulation, on the other hand, creates a condition of stagnation. This state is marked by "thickened" blood, due to hyperviscosity and high cholesterol. Stagnant blood also generates heat in the form of inflammation—the hallmark of a wide variety of chronic illnesses, including heart disease, Alzheimer's, and cancer. Thus, reducing this inflammation and boosting healthy blood flow is absolutely critical to health and longevity. Learn more at http://www.dreliaz.org/heart-disease-report

  • @HijamaTeam chemicals & things that cause phlegm in the body- make blood & body fluids tangle- caused from too much heat - stress, fatty foods, rich foods, alcohol, drugs, other chemicals in environment/food/drinks- can cause tumors, cysts, nodules & boils. Look at aspartame which causes many tumors & growths- FDA approved w/out showing neg. results on lab rats- many things are approved in same manner, for profit. This is what the natural doc is always fighting against & genetic weaknesses.

  • What are the different factors that cause the blood to be sticky and thick?
