Ma gramps got one with a corvetti v8 fule injected, smoke exaust, frame/car rebuildt with orignal frame and parts ohhh I want it Sooooo baddly for my sweet 16 lol

theres one down the street 4 sale i wanna get so bad. but the guys a jackass and takes nothing less than a 1000. Got sum oldskool muddin wheels, AMC 304 which doesnt run, sum wierd aftermarket cab cover, and the interiors all stock. hELL the dam body is about rotting away. The dude must be on acid, aint going for no 1000, aint worth no 1000

lol I own this jeep and when i bought it they told me it was a 1974 cj5, it also has yj leaf springs on it.....but now it has a 6inch lift 8000lbs winch and a full top...

What is the ring and pinion ratio?

Mine came with a 3.54 which I eventually changed to a 4.27.

What type of rear end does it have in it?

My 76 CJ-5 came with a AMC Model 20 rear end with the two piece axles. Even with my little 232 six cylinder I broke 6 axles and the axle housing before I swapped in a Dana 44 rear end.

The Dana 44 was standard in the 1975 and earlier CJ-5's.
