if somebody on a wheelchair ever apply for immigration to canada will his application be accepted ???

Of course! Canada is one of the best countries for disabled people. I know a friend of mine she was on wheelchair. Not only she migrated to Canada easily but also she sponsored her parent to Canada before she gets her citizenship. Don't worry about that. If you have skill just apply.

1995 I land in canada as artist, was awarded to move in USA by US embassy's in Istanbul but, canada is not right place for educated.. over 300.000 people are homeless reported by CBC. native Canadian are living in Canada in bad condition suicide, drugs and alcohols problems
