Smetana, Dobrá! Já mu je dám! - Renée Fleming, Last night of the Proms

Renée Fleming singing the aria "Dobrá! Já mu je dám! ... Jak je mi?" from the opera Dalibor (1868) by the Czech composer Bedrich Smetana. Unfortunately the first half is missing due to an error during the recording - despite that I wanted to share everything I have!

All praise to Smetana! But what a shame this wonderful aria receives such a breathy and histrionic performance from a singer well past her prime.
