My wierd lag issue on TF2

(LOOK AT MY PING AND FPS!!!) Tf2 is fine for about 5-10 minutes and then my fps drops down and my ping gets high then after awhile it goes back to normal. Again, it laggs 5-10 minutes. Please HELP i've tried every "how to lower ping" "how to maximize your fps" trick but they never do anything. I live in Sacromento, CA.

I believe I have a fix for this. I've been going into Offline practice and playing that for a few minutes or just sit and Idle. After a few minutes or so I guess it's "warmed up" and allows you into online servers and play no problem for however long you please.

1. if your internet connection sucks you start lagging in online games.

2. if there is too much dust in your computer the fan cant cool the CPU which causes overheating and lag.

First of all idiot, dust doesnt have to do with shit..

And second, FPS doesn't depend on internet connection..
